Delivery charges will be based upon package weight and zip
code. Antoinette Chocolatier offers year-round shipping to
our customers in the US. Shipping rates are determined by the
amount purchased and the distance of the shipment. We ship
exclusively with USPS unless requested otherwise. Overnight
delivery is available Monday-Thursday. (If you require a
Saturday delivery, please telephone us. Saturday delivery rates
will apply). We are not responsible for late deliveries or for
packages lost by USPS.
Holiday Delivery Deadlines
Since our chocolates are handmade, to guarantee delivery for
any holiday, we must ask you to place your order no later than
14 working days prior to the event. However, if there is an
extreme heavy volume, for which we cannot predict, we may be
unable to meet the demand. We will make every effort to
accommodate your request, however, this may be out of our
control.
Hot Weather
Nothing is better than chocolate during the hot summer months,
but chocolate is a perishable product and does not hold up well
in delivery unless precautions are taken. Therefore, we will not
deliver to any location where temperatures rise above 80
degrees without including one reusable ice pack per chocolate
order. If necessary, a $1 charge will be added to the delivery
costs. In addition, please try to arrange to have your package
delivered to an air conditioned location. We cannot be
responsible for packages left outside.
