Our Guarantee
Antoinette Chocolatier guarantees that you will be
completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied -
for any reason - simply return your order within 48 hours of
product delivery. We guarantee the quality and freshness of
our products for three weeks from the time they leave our
shop so long as they are handled and stored as
recommended by the materials that accompany each shipment.
Shipping
Antoinette Chocolatier offers year-round shipping to our
customers in the US. Shipping rates are determined by the
amount purchased and the distance of the shipment. We ship
exclusively with USPS unless requested otherwise. Overnight
delivery is available Monday-Thursday. (If you require a
Saturday delivery, please telephone us. Saturday delivery
rates will apply). We are not responsible for late deliveries or
for packages lost by USPS.
Internet orders are processed at 8:00 am according to the
above referenced shipping schedule. Unless noted on our
home page, if you are placing your order after 8:00 am, it will
be processed the following day according to the shipping
schedule. Processed orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
Orders are not shipped on Friday, Saturdays or Sundays. The
shipment schedule is based on the date your order is
received. You will receive email confirmation when your order
is shipped. During heavy volume times, this may be longer.
We do not ship to international destinations. Please note that
we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street
address for your order. We are not responsible for delays
caused due to weather or mechanical error and are not able
to offer refunds for those reasons.
Holiday Delivery Deadlines
In the event of heavy volume, we reserve the right to adjust
our shipping policy. Since our chocolates are handmade, to
guarantee a holiday delivery, we must ask you to place your
order as soon as possible prior to the event.
